Does my client need an account?

No. Anyone with the review link can see the work and comment. The designated approver confirms access to their email address before making a final decision.

What can I share?

Plain text and up to 10 JPEG or PNG images per version. Each image can be up to 10 MB, with a 50 MB total per review. PDF, video and live websites are not supported.

What happens when I change the work?

Save your edits as a private draft, then publish a new version. Your original review link stays the same. Previous decisions remain in history and never apply automatically to the new work.

What does approval actually do?

It records an explicit decision on that exact version. It does not publish your work, charge the client, or sign a contract. Email verification confirms control of a mailbox, not legal identity.

Can I take my records with me?

Yes. Download a ZIP with a printable receipt, the published content, version history and decisions. Record export is available on every plan.

What is available in this preview?

The sample review is fictional. Local mode uses test workspaces and a visible test code. Hosted owner sign-in and email delivery work only when their providers are fully configured; Google and Apple remain unavailable until their credentials are configured. Paid checkout is limited to configured Polar sandbox environments.
